Oh no I put my wrong address!?

no worries at all, just e-mail me asap and put your order number and new address in the e-mail 

How long will delivery take? 

My packing order days are between Thursday - Friday only, as I am one person shipping and packing everything myself this is the best way I’ve found I can keep on top of all my moving plates. Although if you do want something dispatched quicker don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do. 

Once dispatched, delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive for the UK and international can take 3-7 working days.

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail first class service. Your shipping confirmation email will more information.

Packaging Info
All orders are packaged with love and environmentally friendly packaging. I use a mixture of the things below, if your item is wrapped in plastic it has been reused several times. 

Glassine is a bit like tracing paper, it’s smooth and glossy paper that is air, water, and grease resistant. Glassine is the perfect alternative to replace non-renewable materials. It is fully recyclable and biodegradable. 

Tissue Paper is eco-friendly as it is made from recycled materials that are sourced sustainably. Once used, you can then choose to reuse your tissue paper for future wrapping or crafts, or alternatively, it is 100% recyclable. The heart confetti i use is made from tissue paper.
