Believing in yourself is the first step when trying to achieve your goals or move forward. I have a habit of #gaslighting myself and often can be the thing that’s getting in the way of me being who i want to be. This is a little phrase I’ve been saying in my mind when I’m noticing I’m being toxic with myself.
